Returns
Customer will be given 14 days from the date when the payment is made unless is the product is given a certain warranty. To know whether a product has warranty, please read properly in the description of the product. Any late return of products will not be accepted and will not be entertained. All returned product should be returned back with all the items that comes with it.
Customers will need to notify and confirm why the product should be returned and provide proof to our customer service. If the return is approved, our customer service will provide a return form for the customer to fill in. After filling in, customer have to attach the return form, the product and also the proof of purchase and mail it to us at No.31G, Jalan Kepayang, Off Jalan Meru, 41050 Klang, Selangor. Please provide us the tracking number after the returned product is sent.
Note: Customer will have to bear the cost for the shipping of return product to our company and also the cost of the shipping of new product to the customer.
When the parcel have been received by us, it takes approximately 7 to 14 days to process the returned product. Once done, customer will be notified by our customer service and once the new product is sent, a tracking number will be provided.
All product can only be returned once.
Can discounted items to be returned if faulty?
Yes, with valid reason and proof of the defective goods.
Without valid reason, We have the right to void the return of product and not provide any compensation.

Refunds
Return is accepted if only the product is faulty. Faulty product will be only given a new product. No exchange or refund.
